Founder, Eric Mounts, has been in the industry for 30 years and have devoted his career to helping solve the problems of daily life caused by hearing loss.

First, as a technician, he attained the fundamental knowledge of hearing aid technology and practical skills from seeing how technology provides a better hearing experience if fit properly.  Eric learned how variances in technology, testing, and fitting techniques impact success in hearing loss treatment and overall patient satisfaction. Because Eric was distressed by the level of patient care and attention available in the industry, he opened his first hearing center in 1994, for the sole purpose of focusing on our patient’s needs first. Eric has been doing that ever since, and leads his team of professionals with this objective each day.

Commonly, an ear problem in the outer or middle ear is referred to as a conductive hearing loss, while inner-ear problems or brain-processing difficulties are referred to as sensorineural hearing loss. These are two distinct types of hearing loss with differing treatment methods.
