Meet Our Founder, Eric Mounts
Founder Eric Mounts has been in the industry for 30 years and has devoted his career to solving the problems of daily life caused by hearing loss.
He started as a technician, where he gained a deep knowledge of hearing aid technology and saw firsthand that technology only delivers a better hearing experience if it is fit properly. Eric learned how differences in technology, testing, and fitting techniques affect treatment success and patient satisfaction.
Frustrated by the level of patient care available in the industry, he opened his first hearing center in 1994 for one purpose: putting patients’ needs first. He has done that ever since and leads his team of professionals with that same goal every day.
